Thoughts on a Battle Field

When I was growing up, I used to shoot my target more carefully
I used kill my opponent with pleasure and ambition…
Their blood scattered on the battlefield and disappeared in a moment,
to be reborn in the comforting glow of the blue screen
Sometimes blind bullets hit me and I lost the game but I started over,
until my father was proud of me,

I am against the enemy again, father,
they are so real and so alive
My hands are shaking and my heart is pounding, father.
The trigger doesn’t move.

Please don’t be upset, be proud of me, father?
